By using Fortuna (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and its related Telegram bot, website, or integrations (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

1. Overview

Fortuna is a software interface that enables users to interact with on-chain prediction markets, wallets, and bridging tools (such as Polymarket and deBridge) directly from Telegram. Fortuna does not operate a prediction market, hold user funds, or act as a financial intermediary. All trades and transactions are executed on public blockchain networks such as Polygon and Solana.

2. Eligibility

By using Fortuna, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old;

  • You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where using prediction markets is restricted or prohibited (including the United States or other sanctioned countries);

  • You use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

    Fortuna reserves the right to restrict access to certain regions at any time.

3. Non-Custodial Wallets

Fortuna provides a non-custodial wallet interface.

  • You retain full control of your private keys and assets.

  • Fortuna does not store or recover private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials.

  • You are solely responsible for the security and backup of your wallet information.

    If you lose access to your wallet, Fortuna cannot recover it for you.

4. Use of the Service

By using Fortuna, you agree that you will not:

  • Use Fortuna for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorism financing, or fraud.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through bots or automated scripts.

  • Attempt to access data or systems not intended for you.

  • Use Fortuna to circumvent regulations or restrictions in your jurisdiction.

    Fortuna reserves the right to suspend or restrict access for users who violate these Terms.

5. Market and Trading Integrations

Fortuna connects users to third-party services (such as Polymarket) for market data and trading execution.
You acknowledge that:

  • Fortuna is not responsible for the execution of trades, market accuracy, liquidity, or settlement outcomes.

  • Any disputes, errors, or losses related to a third-party platform are subject to that platform’s own terms and policies.

  • All blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed.

    You must verify all trade details and wallet addresses before submitting transactions.

6. Bridging and Swaps

Fortuna integrates with bridging and swap providers (e.g., deBridge) to facilitate cross-chain transfers.

  • Fortuna does not operate the bridge or hold custody of assets during transfer.

  • You are responsible for confirming network details, recipient addresses, and token types before initiating a bridge or swap.

  • Fortuna is not liable for bridge delays, failures, or network-level errors.

7. Fees and Rewards

  1. Trading Fees

    Fortuna applies a standard 1% service fee on trades executed through its interface.
    Fee tiers may vary based on trading volume or promotions.


  2. Referral Rewards

    Fortuna operates a 3-tier referral program:

    • Fortuna does not operate the bridge or hold custody of assets during transfer.

    • You are responsible for confirming network details, recipient addresses, and token types before initiating a bridge or swap.

    • Fortuna is not liable for bridge delays, failures, or network-level errors.

      Rewards are tracked automatically and may be distributed as USDC or equivalent tokens. Fortuna may adjust or discontinue the referral program at any time.

8. Points and Rewards System

Fortuna may issue points, rankings, or reward tokens for activity or engagement.
These rewards:

  • Are promotional and hold no guaranteed monetary value;

  • May be changed, revoked, or discontinued at any time;

  • Do not represent equity, tokens, or rights to future assets.

9. Disclaimers

Fortuna is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We make no warranties or representations about the Service’s reliability, accuracy, or availability.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

  • You acknowledge that using decentralized applications involves significant risk, including loss of digital assets.

    Fortuna provides information and tools, not investment, legal, or financial advice.
    Always do your own research (DYOR) before making any trade or decision.

10. Risk Disclosure

Participation in prediction markets and blockchain-based activities involves high risk.
By using Fortuna, you acknowledge and accept the following:

  • Market Risk: Token prices and market outcomes can be highly volatile.

  • Technology Risk: Smart contract vulnerabilities, chain congestion, or protocol failures may result in loss of funds.

  • Regulatory Risk: Laws regarding crypto assets and prediction markets vary by jurisdiction and may change without notice.

  • Bridging Risk: Cross-chain transactions may fail, be delayed, or experience losses due to network errors.

  • Self-Custody Risk: You are fully responsible for managing your wallet credentials. Losing your private key means losing access to your assets permanently.

    You agree that Fortuna shall not be liable for any losses, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Fortuna, its contributors, or affiliates shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

  • This includes loss of profits, data, goodwill, digital assets, or any other intangible losses.

    Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fortuna and its operators from any claims, losses, or liabilities resulting from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service;

  • Your violation of these Terms or applicable law;

  • Your interaction with third-party platforms through Fortuna.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software associated with Fortuna (excluding third-party integrations) are owned by Fortuna.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior consent.

14. Third-Party Links

Fortuna may link to third-party platforms such as Polymarket or deBridge.
These links are provided for convenience only. Fortuna is not responsible for the content, security, or operation of external services.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Fortuna at any time, for any reason, without notice.
Upon termination, your rights to use the Service cease immediately. Wallets remain yours and continue to function independently.

16. Changes to Terms

Fortuna may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
