1. Information We Collect

Fortuna is designed with privacy and transparency in mind. We collect only the minimum amount of information necessary to operate the Service effectively.

  1. Telegram Information

    When you interact with the Fortuna bot, Telegram provides limited user data, including:

    • Your Telegram user ID

    • Your username and display name

    • Your chat messages or commands sent to the bot

      We do not have access to your Telegram phone number, contacts, or private messages.

  2. Wallet and Transaction Data

    Fortuna creates and manages blockchain wallets (on Polygon and Solana) to enable trading and bridging.
    We may process:

    • Your public wallet address

    • Transaction history, including trades, deposits, withdrawals, and swaps executed through Fortuna

    • Referral and reward-related on-chain activity

      All wallet and transaction data are public and recorded on the blockchain. We do not store private keys or seed phrases.


  3. Usage and Technical Data

    We may collect limited technical or usage information such as:

    • Command usage frequency (e.g., /start, /wallet, /buy)

    • Performance logs and error reports (to maintain uptime and functionality)

    • Aggregated, non-identifiable statistics (for analytics and optimization)

      Fortuna does not use cookies, web trackers, or external analytics SDKs unless explicitly noted.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data solely to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Fortuna Service

  • Execute your commands (wallet creation, trades, bridges, etc.)

  • Process referrals and reward distributions

  • Detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive use

  • Communicate necessary updates or notifications within Telegram

    We never sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Fortuna operates primarily within Telegram’s infrastructure and on public blockchains.

  • Telegram messages and interactions are stored and processed under Telegram’s Privacy Policy.

  • On-chain data is permanently recorded and cannot be modified or deleted.

  • Internal logs (e.g., error tracking) are retained temporarily and deleted after they are no longer needed for operational purposes.

4. Non-Custodial Wallets

Each user wallet generated through Fortuna is non-custodial — meaning you control your private keys and assets. Fortuna does not store or access private keys, seed phrases, or funds.
If you export your wallet, you are fully responsible for safeguarding your credentials.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We may share limited information only in the following cases:

  • Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal requests.

  • Security: To prevent fraud, abuse, or technical issues.

  • Integrations: With blockchain or bridging partners (e.g., deBridge) to execute your requested transactions.

    We do not share personal information with advertisers or external marketing platforms.

Fortuna operates globally. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in different jurisdictions where data protection laws may differ from your own.

    Since Fortuna primarily interacts through Telegram and public blockchains, certain data (e.g., transaction records) cannot be modified or removed.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including encrypted communication and secure wallet generation processes. However, no online service or blockchain interaction is 100% secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials and Telegram account.

  • deBridge

  • Blockchain explorers (e.g., PolygonScan, SolScan)

    Your use of these services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
